TIPS FOR PATIENTS

Visiting a physician can be stressful for many people, so we want to assure you that you will be in the best hands with us. To help you feel more comfortable for your next visit, we’ve provided some resources to prepare you, giving you a clear idea of what you can expect and how you can help the experience to go as smoothly as possible.

What Will Happen During Your Appointment Your visit will begin with an assessment by one of our trusted, highly trained and certified physician’s assistants (PA-C), who will use the most up-to-date techniques and equipment to gain an accurate view of your condition, often through X-ray examination. From there, you’ll see the physician who specializes in effectively treating your specific condition.

What to Bring With You Contributing any existing documentation related to your ailment will be a huge help in moving our treatment along. If you have any X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, or other documents from previous treatments or assessments, be sure to bring those along. If you’ve been referred to us by another physician, also take care to supply written documentation if you have it, or try to receive it if you don’t have it. Other than that, bring in the typical items you would need for a medical office, including your official ID and proof of health insurance.
